CUSTOM PRODUCTION

KNOMI offers custom part production based on customer specifications. Based on customer drawing we offer CNC machining of leaded steel 11SMnPb28K as well as various grades of stainless steel (1.4301; 1.4305; 1.4404; 1.4571 etc.) and other materials, for example brass.
We cooperate with companies providing surface treatments and are able to supply complete products including surface coatings. Besides CNC machining we also offer milling on a 5-axis milling center.
Our equipment allows us to supply small and medium series of up to hundreds of thousands of parts per year. Custom parts are delivered including PPAP and other documents based on customer specification.
